Since 1983, Water Street Oyster Bar has been a favorite for fresh seafood in a comfortable, classic setting. Family-owned and food-focused, this seafood icon was built from a historic transmission shop, quickly gaining a reputation for quality ingredients, great service and of course, fresh oysters. When they decided to take on a complete renovation to upgrade the guest experience they looked to MDR to help them put a modern spin on this Texas classic.
