CHALLENGE
Rally Credit Union is a South-Texas based financial institution whose primary objective is always membership growth. But loan growth and deposit (checking, savings, etc.) growth are separate critical paths to membership. The campaign objective was centered on: Growing checking accounts, increasing home and auto loan application submissions, and increasing interactions with savings and CDs.
STRATEGY
We built custom persona audiences that aligned with product-specific lead and conversion events. With audience segments based on product, we created unique journeys for each product that combined data-informed awareness targeting with ad sequencing and retargeting strategies built for optimizing conversions.
EXECUTION
TV and CTV/OTT: Broad market reach alongside awareness-level, product-specific :30s and :15s spots — driving initial ad sequencing touchpoints based on highly premium CTV touchpoints.
DOOH and Billboards: Physical support around key branches and along major commuter pathways for reach and frequency support
Meta & Display Advertising: Utilized full-funnel targeting and retargeting, alongside custom CRM list integrations, for lead generation and application submissions.
Rich Media: High engagement in-corner and expandable video display formats filled top-of-funnel intent with contextual advertising.
Data Solutions: Paired ad-integrated attribution solution with site deanonymization tools to create mid-funnel audiences based on website traffic and lead events.
