Driscoll Health System

Driscoll Health System is a network of entities that brings access to the absolute best pediatric care in South Texas. The clinics, health plan and hospitals along with the countless volunteers and donors work together to keep kids happy and healthy. As they embark on a major expansion building a new freestanding children’s hospital in the Rio Grande Valley, they engaged MDRs creative team to bring their story to life.

Creating A Connection

In any organization, with growth comes challenges. New team members, communications, organizational shifts and geographical barriers. With so much change, Driscoll needed a way to reassure staff that they’ll all get through it together. MDR created a custom gift box to distribute to each member of the team. A small token of appreciation but a huge reminder of how they are all connected, no matter what department, team, specialty or city they call home. Because they’re all here for one reason–to heal.
