When a family of freestanding ERs opened locations across Texas, it was a newer concept for the underserved markets. Our client wanted to let everyone know the elevated level of service and overall experience they provide. But how do you get people into an emergency room if they don’t have an emergency? You bring the emergency room to them. By taking advantage of improved virtual reality technology, we created a traveling pod that captured the entire ER experience. This allowed the public to witness firsthand the ER in VR.

From the warm welcome of the reception area and spa-like, comforting atmosphere to the expertly trained doctors and innovative technology. Guests were treated to an expedited patient scenario from start to finish where they could move around, engage with doctors and witness what a trip to their ER could be like all in 360 degrees. It’s better care, all around.
