Like many businesses today, NavyArmy Community Credit Union is facing a staff shortage, with positions open in the Coastal Bend and Rio Grande Valley.

To attract potential job seekers, MDR got to work developing a campaign promoting key benefits such as work/life balance, the college tuition reimbursement program and excellent insurance benefits. With :30 TV, :15 video, social media, billboards for paid media and yard signs across branches—MDR increased engagement and visibility to audiences across the region.
